When faced with unfamiliar or challenging situations, it can be difficult to know where to start.  The trial and error approach you sometimes use in your business, is too risky to use in managing your people.

We will be hosting a series of collaboration sessions to discuss some of the most common management situations business owners struggle with. The idea is to provide guidance on how to best deal with each specific situation to the benefit of all involved. In so doing, we build our management skills and create a blueprint for addressing similar issues in the future. We also work together to avoid the disastrous results that can happen when these situations are poorly managed.
